Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro circuits, with 3D Secure systems (e.g. Verified by Visa and Mastercard Identity Check). All financial data is handled exclusively by the payment provider over a protected connection and is never accessible to Paskal. Our operators are not authorised to ask for card details: beware of suspicious requests. The charge is made at the time of purchase, after verifying the validity of the data, and you receive the order number and transaction confirmation by email.

You can pay with your verified PayPal account, according to the service's terms: a secure, fast and internationally recognised system. Note: in-store pickup is not available for orders paid with PayPal.

With Scalapay you receive your order right away and pay in 3 interest-free instalments; the instalments will be assigned to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and by purchasing you expressly authorise this assignment. With Klarna you can pay in instalments or later, according to the options available at checkout.

After ordering you receive an email with the bank details and payment instructions. The transfer receipt, with subject "Ricevuta Bonifico + order number", must be sent within 48 hours, otherwise the order is cancelled automatically. Shipping times start from when the payment is actually credited. Send the receipt to assistenza@pkbypaskal.it.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday; orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled on the next working day. By choosing in-store pickup at checkout you pay no shipping costs: the order is ready from the next day (from 5:30 pm) and you can indicate your preferred store in the order notes. In-store pickup is not available for PayPal payments.
